Strong Back, Healthy Back
Let’s face it: The set-up of our society with the sedentary lifestyles and work lives we may lead, doesn't exactly help our backs be healthy and strong. Perhaps you have an old injury and have had back pain for a while. Maybe you just want to counter- balance our sedentary culture to create strength and flexibility in your body, keeping your current back health. Often yoga, done with proper alignment, can help.
Come practice with us! Learn how to strengthen your back, abdominals, and legs to stabilize your back muscles so they feel supported enough to truly stretch and release.
The first 30 minutes we will talk about back health as well as review alignment principles and discuss tips to help. Then we will practice for 90 minutes to put it all together so you can explore and discover what may work best for you!

Class is held at Divine Flow Studio 668 N Circle Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80909. Please bring pen and paper for notes you may want to take as well as your yoga mat if you have one.
