Simple Alignment for Vinyasa Flow

Yoga can leave our bodies feeling great and truly help us heal, especially when done with proper alignment. When our asanas (postures) are consistently out of alignment, we often eventually encounter injury and other difficulties or we feel stuck when trying to learn advanced asanas such as inversions and hand balances.
Learn how to find the alignment that not only prevents injury but can also be therapeutic for your body. Further, creating a strong foundation in alignment you will be better equipped to move towards those advanced shapes like arm balances and inversions if you chose.
This third in a series of alignment-based workshops will focus on shoulders, neck, and head including a number of therapeutic practices. Explore how to line up these parts of the body and learn some exercises to trouble shoot discomfort in the neck and shoulders. Take what you learn in this workshop and up-level your practice with confidence.
